Antigone and Ismene are the daughters of Oedipus and Jocasta. Although these two girls are results of incest, they are still normal healthy girls. They love their father and mother/grandmother even though the situation. One of the reasons Oedipus gauges out his eyes is because he would be able to look at his children knowing their true bloodline. Later on down the road, after Oedipus is exiled, Antigone is mistaken for being dead was buried alive by Creon. Creon did not do this on purpose but he still killed his niece.
